Build Your
$10K MRR App
Follow the Playbook Behind Profitable Consumer Apps
WE BUILD THE MONEY PART. NOT JUST SCREENS.
Follow the structure of most revenue generating apps (eg: Duolingo, Headspace, MyFitnessPal, Payout, etc.). Built from your first prompt.
Warm people up so they feel they need the app before the paywall ever appears.
Onboarding exists to create desire. It shows the user what their life could look like, and gets them hitting their first win. By the time the paywall shows up, they already feel they need the app. That's the nurture: earning belief before you ever ask for money.
Real apps: Duolingo and Headspace make you name your goal and hit a first win before a single paywall appears.
THEN WE TELL YOU WHAT TO FIX.
Based on data from your content, onboarding, paywall, and retention.
- Cut onboarding from 55 screens to 15Onboarding+$180 MRR
- Move the paywall after the first winPaywall
- Offer annual with a free trial and keep weekly without a trialPaywall
- Add a streaks hook to the day-2 pushRetention
YOU FIX THE REVENUE MATH IN MINUTES, NOT WEEKS.
Blitzship ships your UI, features, and paywall over the air, so a test that used to take two weeks now takes minutes.
SHOW ME HOWQUESTIONS FOUNDERS ACTUALLY ASK.
Is Blitzship just another AI app builder?
No. Blitzship is for founders building consumer apps that make money, not another pile of screens. Every Build ships with onboarding, a paywall, and a retention loop wired in from the first prompt, so your app is a business from day one, not a prototype.
Why not just add a paywall to an app from Rork or Lovable?
You can, a paywall is just one piece. But a paywall with nothing around it has no onboarding to get people to it and no retention loop to keep them. Blitzship wires the whole revenue structure in as the app’s skeleton, so every screen is built around getting a subscriber. And there’s a lot that actually needs setting up like analytics for onboarding, paywall, content, and so on. But it doesn’t stop there: a lot of people don’t know how to read the data. Can you tell if an onboarding completion rate of 65% is bad or good? Do you know which actions to take in that situation? It’s hard. So we handle that part for you. All our recommendations are based on founders who make $10k in revenue per month and more. We want to make this as simple as possible for you!
Do I need to be a developer?
No. Describe the app and Blitzship builds it. Think of Blitzship as your technical cofounder: it builds the app, reads the data, and tells you what to fix, all the way to $10k MRR. If you want to go deeper later, you own the code and can take it wherever you like.
Can I update my app without waiting on App Store review?
Yes. Blitzship apps ship server-side UI updates and feature updates over the air using Shorebird, so changes reach users in minutes instead of weeks. Onboarding and the paywall are rendered from the server, so you can reorder flows and change pricing without resubmitting. The structure of the whole app, its screens, navigation, and revenue model, stays the same; only the parts you’re testing change. And this isn’t a sketchy trick: over-the-air and server side ui updates are the same practice big companies use to ship and tune features constantly without waiting on a store review each time. A change that used to take two weeks now lands in about two minutes.
What does it cost?
Design exploration is included at no charge. A paid Blitzship plan is required before any Build. We will show the exact price, renewal period, included usage, and cancellation terms before any charge.
Can I really make money with this?
Yes. The onboarding, paywall, and retention loop are the same structure apps earning millions use, wired in from the start, so you’re collecting revenue while others are still deciding what to build. That said, it’s not passive: you still need to hustle. You have to work the marketing side, get users in, and promote the app. Blitzship gives you the money-making structure; you bring the users.
